Boost Recruitment Services is a Dutch recruitment agency founded in 2018 by Douwe van der Leer offering recruitment services towards an international set of clients throughout Europe. What defines us is our passion for recruitment with a clear goal of leaving something better than we found it. We do not singularly focus on the result but value the journey that leads towards that equally. Every bit of research, step and touch point matter, the result should be a natural outcome of the process. That's what Boost is all about.

Introduction

Douwe offers more than 18 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in sales, marketing, HR and business development positions. During his career he has built out global teams across Europe, US and Canada focusing on roles ranging from Juniors to Managing Directors in sales and marketing. The focus markets and network are located in The Netherlands, DACH, UK, Nordics and France. Douwe has 2 daughters, loves sports, sarcasm and lives in The Netherlands.

Boost works research-based, we do our homework. We want to know everything about your company, strategy, industry, culture, people and how this relates to the talent market. We do this to be able to identify the talent for your company’s future and the people and skills required to achieve that. Boost aspires to be your trusted partner and build long term relationships. We don’t advertise, we source, search and benchmark the ideal candidate if we don’t know them already. Boost will provide a search strategy where we’ll map markets, companies and individuals with the goal to create an Archetype, the ideal profile. Resulting in a shortlist who we will attract, select and present.
